We offer a 30 day, ‘no quibble’, money-back guarantee: if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your item(s) purchased. The item must be unworn and in its original packaging. Please note that this returns policy does not apply to earrings (for hygiene reasons), or engraved items or vouchers (whether physical vouchers or e-vouchers).
Returns may be subject to a postage charge, depending on circumstance and may take between 7-10 working days to be processed. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to conatct one of our team who will be delighted to help.
