      + - Deliveries - What Happens if I'm not in when my delivery arrives?

      As we are shipping high-value products due to the nature of our brand, we want to ensure your parcel reaches you safely and securely. This is why we have upgraded our delivery security with DPD to include a pin code – this extra measure of protection works to ensure your item won’t be lost or stolen.

      On the morning of your delivery, DPD will send you a one-hour time slot to your mobile number and email address, which includes a pin code. When the DPD driver arrives, they will ask for the pin code that was sent to you, to verify that you are recipient of the package. The DPD driver will not be able to hand over the parcel without the pin code.
      Please note that due to the introduction of the pin code system, parcels cannot be left at a pick-up point, in a safe place, or with a neighbour.
      If you are not at home during the time slot provided, you can re-arrange delivery via the DPD website or app, utilising the tracking number supplied.

      + - Damaged or Defective Items

      If for any reason you receive a damaged or defective item, then we will of course immediately replace it or repair it for free. Alternatively, we will provide you with a refund after an assessment by our head jeweller.

      Our standard returns policy is 30 days to return, and 60 days to exchange.

      Yes. We have 2 physical shops in Penarth and Swansea

      + - Next Day Delivery

      We offer free next day delivery on many items with DPD, for all UK & Northern Ireland orders if ordered before 12pm UK time, Monday to Thursday (excluding bank holidays). Friday, Saturday & Sunday orders will be shipped the following Monday.

      Not all items are available for next day delivery. We may need to handcraft a ring just for you or adjust the size of an item before sending it out. If we’re unable to dispatch your order immediately we’ll give you an estimated dispatch date. If you’re unsure, you can contact us to check availability before making a purchase.

      + - Where is my order?

      When you make an order, our system receives an immediate notification. However, our Staff can only check the availability of your item during working hours hence why we can only email you with a confirmation of the dispatch date during these times.

      For example, if you place an order on our website over a weekend, we’ll send you a dispatch update on Monday.

      Checking your order status
      You can check the status of your order by logging in with the email address and the password you created when you first placed an order with us.

      + - What are your delivery charges?

      All of our deliveries are FREE. For all UK & Northern Ireland deliveries we use DPD, at no cost to you. We now also offer free FedEx or DPD on all worldwide (Non UK) orders.

      + - Can I collect my order?

      Absolutely. At the time of placing your order you will be given the option to collect your order from our Penarth or Swansea stores in person.
