We hope you love your new jewellery, but if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we offer a hassle-free return process.

Returns Policy:

• You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
• Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.

How to Return an Item:

1. Contact Us – Email us with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the process.
2. Package the Item – Ensure the jewellery is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
