Returns Policy:
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your items for a full refund or exchange.
- Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Custom or personalised pieces are non-refundable unless faulty.
How to Return an Item:
- Contact Us – Email us with your order number and reason for the return to initiate the process.
- Package the Item – Ensure the jewellery is securely packed to avoid damage in transit.
